I had heard about Slate from a YouTube video and decided to give it a try and boy I’m glad I did! It has a fantastic protein content and taste amazing! I use it now as my post workout shake instead of mixing my own protein and as a late night snack if I get a sweet tooth. I use the café mocha as a coffee substitute in the morning. I will continue to buy as long as they continue to sell.
Honestly, a very good quality product that makes meeting those macros so much easier. Great flavour and no chalky or chunky residue. Highly recommend.
